I'm not quite familiar with twitch chat, but I would assume you got banned by some kind of automated system given by how fast the twitch chat was going and the dribble that gets posted, I doubt anyone was actually physically monitoring chat and banning people.

If that's the case, it might be up to Twitch to unban you instead of DE. If DE does have control over it again, not that familiar with twitch chat here then filing a support ticket would be the best way to go about it.
